Hi there, I’m Stella, a strategic data and analytics focused on helping companies use data, automation, and AI to grow smarter, operate more efficiently, and make better business decisions.

I have 15+ years of experience working across retail, technology, and entertainment, partnering with executive teams to solve complex business problems through modern data systems, trusted reporting, and practical AI adoption. My work has helped organizations improve visibility into performance, streamline operations, uncover growth opportunities, and build stronger data-driven cultures.​

Most businesses already have 90% of the data they need. The real challenge is that the information is often disconnected, difficult to trust, or too hard to turn into clear action. I help fix that by building modern data infrastructure, developing strong analytics teams, and translating complex information into insights leaders can actually use.
